Privacy Notice

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and service, message, and the time of your consent. When you request an appointment, we also collect your service address, vehicle, service, date, time, and scheduling details.

We use keyed rate-limit identifiers to prevent abuse, not raw IP addresses stored in our application database. Hosting and security providers may process network information as part of delivering and protecting the site.

We use the information to answer questions, review and schedule detailing requests, plan travel to the service address, prevent abuse, operate the owner dashboard, send necessary service messages, troubleshoot failures, and maintain required business records.

We do not sell customer information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Netlify hosts the website and runs its server functions.
• Neon provides the PostgreSQL database.
• Geoapify receives service addresses and route coordinates when an owner calculates travel routes. It provides address lookup, maps, and estimated driving distances. Booking submission itself does not send an address to Geoapify.
• Resend sends transactional customer and owner notifications.
• Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish people from automated abuse.
• Microsoft/Outlook provides our business mailbox.
• GitHub stores our private source repository and supports the deployment workflow.
• GoDaddy is our domain registrar and DNS provider.

Expired rate-limit buckets are cleaned up daily. Resend webhook replay records are retained for 30 days, and stored email HTML is removed after 90 days.

Contact inquiries are retained for 12 months. Closed bookings and their service addresses are retained for 24 months from closure. Active or upcoming bookings are not automatically deleted while they are needed to provide the requested service.

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information held in this application. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may retain information when reasonably required to protect customers, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Deleting information from our application cannot retroactively erase copies already retained by external providers, email recipients, backups, or legally required records. Those providers apply their own retention and security practices.

Do not send passwords, payment card details, bank information, medical records, government identification numbers, account credentials, or other highly sensitive information through either public form.
